Weeping Tile Drainage Systems
Elms Weeping Tile Ltd. works on new construction and existing homes, installing or repairing existing weeping tile systems.
Weeping tile generally refers to a type of perforated and corrugated pipe that is used in proper drainage systems. It is laid around the footings of your foundation, then covered with gravel to allow sufficient drainage away from the foundation. The end result is a system that prevents the groundwater from over saturating the surrounding soil and flooding your basement.
If your foundation stands on a very sandy or porous location you may want to invest in our weeping tile with sock coverage. A "sock" covers our standard weeping tile to prevent clogging of certain porous materials.
